Verification of Credentials by JCAHO/NCQA Standards of Accreditation

Whether you are a hospital medical staff or a managed care network needing some help obtaining your verifications, we can assist your department with the JCAHO or NCQA standards of accreditation in Credentialing. 

With over 20 years experience verifying credentials, we are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with the results of our work in this field.  Not only will we obtain the  necessary verifications but we also set up each physical file in an organized fashion so that auditing is a breeze.  Physical files will be mailed to the hospital or managed care network as completed and we will also keep an electronic file for updating as needed till next RE-appointment or RE-credentialing.  Also, if you prefer, we can keep and maintain your physical files on our premises for updating as needed and mail files to you for auditing purposes as requested.  Our company will provide on-going maintenance of these files as credentials expire, etc.  In addition, your provider's information and credentials will be entered into an Access Database for reporting purposes.  We can also work with your IT person to get connected to your own internal database for data entry of all of your providers and submitting reports through your own database.  Additional services include assisting you with your Credentialing "Policies and Procedures", minutes, etc.  *

* All verification fees, including but not limited to:  ABMS fees, NCQA/JCAHO fees, Education and Post Graduate Verification fees, State License verification fees, CME/CEU fees, hospital medical staff fee or dues, or any other fees imposed in the processing of Credentialing paperwork.
