Group Set Up of Group NPI number, Group Medicare and Medicaid numbers
If you are a new practice, we can assist you in obtaining these group numbers so that as you hire your new clinicians, they can be linked to your group numbers for billing purposes.

Human Resources/HIPAA:  Provide and set up Physical Personnel files, provide background checks, and verify licensed provider's credentials according to your State's requirements.  Will mail physical files to provider or group as completed or can keep physical files on premises for you.  Will also keep electronic file for on-going maintenance and can email and upload Personnel files to www.box.com.
Our company can also assist you with basic Employee Policy Manuals and basic HIPAA Manuals.

 State Licensing:  Can assist the provider or group in obtaining licensure in another state.

Note:  Verification fees, State License application fees, background check fees or any other type of processing fees are not included in our service fees.
